Outlook 2025 Shared Calendar Greyed Out. We've been using outlook 2016/office 365 for over a year and had one user's calendar successfully. Share calendar and calendar permissions options greyed out on outlook.
After you add a shared calendar in outlook desktop, you are not able to select the checkbox next to the name. First of all, try restarting outlook.
